Officials with V & M TCA, 3800 Port Place, credit their success to going Lean. “We decided three or four years ago to get involved with Lean line consultants,” said V & M Tech Manager Tim Payne. He said consultants came to the business to help workers implement more efficient ways to work. Lean Manufacturing is a program of the Oklahoma Manufacturing Alliance.
